Characterized by its simplicity and minimalism. It is an elegant design but one that connects with its traditional roots by introducing, the lid open in the form of a ring. Developed by the manufacturer no longer requires the elastic band. It has a locking system twist in place.

MATERIALS

  • Made from stoneware clay that is fired at about 800 degrees. The coddlers are submerged in a bath of enamel that gives them their finishes.
  • The enamel is then placed on the bottom to prevent it from sticking to the hob. and return to the oven for about 12 hours at 1250 degrees.

How to use

1- First, butter the inside of the cup to add flavor to the egg and the other ingredients you're about to add.

2- Next, you break an uncooked egg into the cup.

3- Then comes the part where you let your culinary creativity take flight. You can add all sorts of spices, herbs, cheese, vegetables, meat, whatever you want. You can keep it simple or experiment with new flavor combinations.

4- Then you secure the lid with the elastic ribbon and partially immerse the Aggcoddler in boiling water for a few minutes. How long depends on how firm you like your eggs. (Soft Eggs: 8-9 Minutes - Hard Boiled: 11+ Minutes)

5- When the timer goes off, carefully lift the porcelain from the water, remove the lid, and prepare yourself for a delicious dish

How many eggs can I use with the XXL size?

You can use up to three eggs with the XXL size. Never fill up more than 3/4 - otherwise it might overflow in the pot.

What can I add to my Aggcooddler?

Anything you want! All the tiny jars with small leftovers are great like olives, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes... Anything goes.
