Aggcoddler Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients:

- Aggcoddler (normal size or in XXL)

- Your choice of fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, pineapple, mango... whatever your heart desires

- Baking chocolate

    Put baking chocolate inside the Aggcoddler, close with the lid and strap and place in a pot of boiling water. Leave depending on quantity, ca. 10-20 min

    Afterwards, dip your fruit into the melted chocolate with a  fondue fork or toothpick.

    Brace yourself for agg-tastic chocolate heaven. It's a fun treat for the entire family.

Mexican style

Ingredients:

-2 eggs

-2 cherry tomatoes

 2 tablespoons of sweet corn

-Coriander

-Salt and pepper

-Butter

-A small piece of feta cheese

 (Hot sauce, such as siracha or Tabasco, Coriander, Avocado, Black beans, Lime juice, Nachos for dipping (optional)

    Start by heating water in a pot. Meanwhile grease the egg coddlers with a little bit of butter. Halve the cherry tomatoes and remove the seeds. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Chop the coriander. Put half of the tomatoes into the bottom of the egg coddlers.

    Add 5 tablespoons of sweet corn into each coddler. Add half of the chopped coriander. Crack one egg into each coddler and add the rest of the tomatoes, sweet corn and coriander.

    Add some salt and pepper. Put on the lids and seal the egg coddlers. Carefully put them into the boiling water and leave them for 9 – 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile: deseed the avocado and cut into chunks. Chop some more coriander and cut a lime into quarters.

    When the eggs are cooked, carefully remove them from the water. Remove the lid and crumble some feta cheese into the egg coddler. Top with some hot sauce, coriander and squeezed lime. Serve with black beans, avocado, nachos and some more lime.

2 Apple Coddlers

Ingredients:

-1-2 Apples
-Butter
-Brown sugar
-Cinnamon
-Vanilla yogurt
-Sprinkle crumbled cookies, nuts or your favorite muesli

    Butter the inside. chop 1-2 apples in small pieces (need to be soft from the start otherwise need to boil longer).

    Mix with 2 tsp brown sugar. Add cinnamon to liking. Place evenly in two Coddlers. Add 2 tbsp vanilla yogurt (vaniljkvarg/ Vanille Quark) in each.

    Boil for 12 min. Sprinkle crumbled cookies, nuts or your favorite muesli on top. Eat as long as it is warm.

Whiskey Soaked Dark Chocolate Kyle Cake

Ingredients:

-1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened, more for greasing four Aggcoddler
-2 cups flour
-5 ounces unsweetened chocolate
-1/4 cup instant espresso powder
-2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
-1 cup bourbon, rye or other whiskey
-1/2 tsp salt
-2 cups granulated sugar
-3 large eggs
-1 tbsp vanilla extract
-1 tsp baking soda
-Confectioners’ sugar, for garnish (optional)

    First melt the chocolate. Then put espresso and cocoa powders in a mixing bowl. Add whiskey and salt; let cool. Using an electric mixer, beat 1 cup butter until fluffy. Add sugar and beat until well combined. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, beating well between each addition.

    Beat in the vanilla extract, baking soda and melted chocolate, scraping down sides of bowl with a rubber spatula. On low speed, beat in a third of the whiskey mixture. When liquid is absorbed, beat in 1 cup flour. Repeat additions, ending with whiskey mixture.

    Scrape batter into prepared pan and smooth top. Pour into the four aggcoddlers (butter them beforehand) and boil in water for about six minutes. Let cool before serving, garnished with confectioners’ sugar if you like.

Cake in a Aggcoddler

Ingredients:

-25 g butter (room temperature)
-2 tbsp cocoa
-4 tbsp flour

- 4tbsp sugar
-1 tsp vanilla sugar
-1 ägg
-2 tbsp milk

    Stir butter and cocoa thoroughly in a mixing bowl. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, ägg and stir. Then add the flour and milk. Stir until the mixture has a creamy consistency and no lumps. Add more milk if necessary.

    Pour into the four Aggcoddlers (butter them beforehand) and boil in water for about six minutes. That amount of time will result in a sort of chocolate lava cake.

    If you prefer them less sticky, boil them a bit longer. Let them cool off a bit and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Also goes well with strawberries, raspberries, mangos, etc.
